Good morning from the US District Court in SF! I’ll be live blogging today’s evidentiary hearing in the ongoing Waymo v Uber civil suit, which went completely off the rails yesterday and compelled me to put on a nice shirt and wake up early to watch it go down today. 2/ Inside the courtroom now. Getting here at 7 was wildly conservative; no one else here except for two other members of the public. Calendar updated to say proceedings start at 8.
