He’s the mentor of Kevin de Leon, & also the guy who started the All Lives Matter chant in city council chambers last month.

Gutierrez used to be the Executive Director of One Stop Immigration where Kevin de Leon spent years as an organizer… 🧵 Gutierrez was appointed to the California Access to Justice Commission by Kevin de Leon back in the day and was the same man who corralled KDL supporters to show up to the BLMLA encampment outside of KDL’s house - they waited until the camp was mostly women and children to do so
