We need to do something dramatic to change the discourse at the level of identity.
Instead of "I realize I am [race] but it I don't see it/it shouldn't matter/try to not judge by it"
Assert: "Race is untrue, so I am not [race], even though I know some people see me that way"
Force the neo-racists to name you by a lie, so that they expose themselves as the racists that they are.
They have to do this, in order to prop up their house of cards.
If 100,000 people did this across the country, CRT would end.
A De-identification movement is possible.

1/ Many have observed that "Wokeness" is a kind of religion. But what kind is it? Christianity isn't a good fit, since redemption isn't offered through faith or works. I have been thinking more and more that it resembles a form of pre- or proto-Christianity: Gnosticism.
2/ Gnosticism was an esoteric faith where the redemptive vehicle is the occult knowledge itself. Humans inhabit a cosmos permeated with evil (in the Woke world, racism & oppression). The world is a matrix created by lesser demons.
