This is unsurprising btw - last year, while ordering a Swiggy genie (pickup and delivery service) from the butcher, it took me ages for the delivery to come through because agents kept cancelling the order.

Every time we report hate, some liberal will pop up to ask, "Why are you amplifying hatred? This is a distraction against the real inadequacies of this govt - the economy, unemployment, petrol - focus on that!"

I want to break down why this is well meaning but faulty thinking. When we talk about propaganda, what comes before hate is fear. In every hate speech, you'll see the pattern: first they will tell you you're in danger from Muslims, and then they will tell you that you must protect yourself from attack.

This is not by accident.
