@RallyWithGalli @notpheenster @BMeiselas You dumb twat; in every jurisdiction in the US it will take at least 3 months just to get permits (and that's assuming you already have a construction site and plans; water, sewage and electricity to the site). Then you have to grade the site and allow it to settle: 1/? @RallyWithGalli @notpheenster @BMeiselas Level/grade it in 1 week, but most geo firms recommend 30 days to let everything settle and ensure there won't be shifting once you pour your concrete.
