This is true, however, IV Gluta can destroy your kidneys and liver. There are many reports of people needing dialysis because of IV Gluta.

Good thing there are safer ways to lighten the skin:

1. Best way: avoid the sun esp from 10am-2pm 2. Sunscreen SPF 50 at least 3x a day

3. Use papaya soap. Make sure you apply lotion to moisturize your skin because this can be irritating if used everyday.

4. Wear protective clothing and accessories: shirt w/ long sleeves, hats, umbrella, sunglasses
