If Scripture is so obscure that it lacks objective truth without Tradition, then the Orthodox cannot use Scripture to objectively prove the authority of Tradition. They are trying to prove two equally obscure things through one another.
If the written word requires an unwritten tradition to explain its objective meaning, then by what word is the unwritten tradition to be interpreted? The unwritten tradition of the Fathers would require another tradition to explain its meaning, ad infinitum.
