Over the weekend I took an in-depth look at David and June Trone’s donations and found the following: 🧵

1) In July 2012, David Trone’s wife June gave 2 donations to Romney’s presidential campaign against Obama but David gave to neither. Odd to say the least for Democrats.. 2) There was also a $38K donation that June and David Trone made to Greg Abbott in 2014, in addition to the individual donations we already knew about. Why did they give so much money to Greg Abbott? was this a pay to play situation for his Total Wine business in TX? 🤔

Democrats here is a word of advice.

Don’t assume the person you see in commericals or sending you mailers is the best person for the job. Take initiative on your own to learn who is running, do research, go to events, read articles, and follow candidates on social media. 🧵 I have always done my research on candidates but made it a point to get fully involved in Maryland politics in 2022 and go to events. I also take my friend with me too.

Candidates have meet and greets, organizing events and need volunteers. It’s not hard to get involved.

People have no clue what is happening behind the scenes. Biden tolerates Bibi..they have different values. Biden is a pragmatist & Bibi is a narcissistic radical nut.

There is a powerful struggle happening but with the world watching Biden has to be strategic and diplomatic. 🧵 Notice the Arab world has gone pretty quiet. Qatar, Egypt and U.S. are working together. Jordanians and Saudis have calmed down. This means Biden, Blinken and Sullivan are working the phones. Blinken will be back in Israel Thursday. Red lines are handled behind closed doors.

This article has me 🙄 but glad the narrative was countered in the quotes by Black people who do this work.

I am so over these white reporters and their Black voter articles. There is some weird twitter operation happening against Stacey Abrams and it’s gross. It’s the same cast of characters behind the VP ain’t Black op, who have very little real world influence, but are manipulating people online against her. It’s sad to see. There are real criticism about Stacey’s campaign that people have but just wanting her to lose just because is stupid. In July, a poll came out where she was at 80% with the Black voters and she saw the data. She has done events and put out a plan. Kudos to her for listening.
