I'm the 19 year old that built the "500+ million views in 3 months" UGC program for @WisprFlow.

The most common question I got was: "How did you source creators?"

Here's how we hired a killer team of 80 creators: context: our creators built their own unique wispr flow dedicated tiktok and instagram pages from zero.

we had a warm up procedure to prevent accounts from being shadowbanned/restricted. every creator had to strictly follow it before posting any wispr flow related content.

Here's what you need to build a successful program: 1.0 the first five creators you hire will dictate the entire future of your program.

bring on weak creators, and your standards/benchmarks will be low. bring on strong/expensive creators, you'll burn capital way too quick.
