This is URL classification workflow from Azure that you can run anywhere. We are using python Promptflow open source library to orchestrate

Input:
A URL that you want to classify. It could be Amazon product page, Arxiv paper, basically any page which can be accessed publicly
You can either give one URL at a time or run a loop over a csv file or connect to a table in your database to loop over a larger set of URLs
