Vo2 max is the maximum rate at which the heart, lungs and muscles can effectively use oxygen during exercise.

The gold standard way of measuring is by a lab test, also known as a VO2 max test.

However, see below for a way you can measure your own VO2 max 1/ One Equation is as simple as

VO2 max = 15 x (max HR / resting HR)

If you do not know your max HR, a simple equation to do is
