Tomorrow, the film “Sound of Freedom” will hit theaters nationwide. There is a big push in right wing media to make this movie a hit. The film will almost certainly present a distorted image both of human trafficking and its protagonist Tim Ballad. deadline.com/2023/06/jim-ca… In the film, Jim Caviezel portrays Tim Ballard, a real person who founded "Operation Underground Railroad" (OUR). OUR claims to combat sex-trafficking. However, investigations by Vice News discovered that OUR made misleading claims about the work it does.

Of course that’s your contention. You just started researching conspiracism. You just finished reading something that pathologizes the phenomena, Hofstadter probably, so you understand conspiracy theories through their connection to status anxiety and their aesthetic dimensions. Image You're gonna be convinced of that 'til next month when you get to Ted Goertzel, and then you're gonna be talkin' about how “conspiracy beliefs comprise part of a monological belief system.” Image

I find it helpful to remember two humbling facts. 1) Normal people don’t have a Twitter account. 2) 90% of Twitter users create just two tweets per month on average. If you have a Twitter account and tweet several times a week, please understand you a weird person. You are not representative of the general population. There’s something wrong with you that isn’t wrong with normal people.

In 2020 QAnon-fuelled panic about child trafficking was so damaging to real life efforts to fight trafficking that 96 anti-trafficking nonprofits wrote an open letter condemning politicians who lend credence to QAnon conspiracy theories.
freedomneedstruth.medium.com/freedom-needs-… QAnon nonsense about child trafficking even hurt Christian organizations. They're forced to waste time addressing the paranoid imagination of conspiracists instead of actually helping children who need help.

Primus released their first new song in five years.

It's a twelve-minute prog jam about conspiracism that includes references to chemtrails, flat earth, anti-vaxx, anunnaki, JFK Jr. lives, and other conspiracy theories.
Since I failed to make it clear: the song is anti-conspiracism.

Primus frontman Les Claypool said in an interview that the song is inspired by watching divisions caused by "disinformation, misinformation, warped information, and flat-out fairy tales."

Merry Kitzmas!

Today is the 16th anniversary of the Kitzmiller v. Dover decision, which held that Intelligent Design Creationism is essentially religious and therefore teaching it in public school violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitzmille… It wasn’t a given that Kitzmiller v. Dover would be ruled this way. In the 90s/2000s there was an organized push to corrupt public school education by teaching Intelligent Design.

This was executed through the “Teach the Controversy” campaign.

Jesus: "Lay off the woman who anointed me with expensive perfume. She's going to have mad clout in the gospel."

Gospel authors: *don't bother naming the woman* Simon the Leper gets a shout out, but the woman who saved her top shelf perfume for Jesus? This is bullshit.

There's this weird trend where people try to downplay QAnon by observing that only several million Americans endorse an absurd extremist ideology that fueled the capitol insurrection.

And they always ignore the fact that QAnon is an international movement for some reason. Before there was polling, I remember worrying about the possibility that just 1% of Americans believed that an 8chan anon was dishing out secrets about the coming violent military-led purge of Trump’s political enemies. But these people are out here like "6%? That's nothing!"

General appreciation thread for people who do great work investigating the origins of QAnon.

This is a challenging niche of Q research, which requires a great deal of skepticism, technical knowledge, and willingness to chase down many dead ends before uncovering useful info. 👇 If you're interested in how QAnon kicked off, you must follow @QOrigins.

He is one of the most tenacious, patient, and knowledgable investigators in this space. And a great guy to boot. I've personally learned a lot from his long threads.

This is actually a sign that QAnon as we know it is collapsing.

All of the threads /qresearch/ board are deleted. This was allegedly done by an 8kun "rouge moderator." FastJack, the Board Owner of /qresearch/, blames Jim Watkins for allowing a staff member to destroy the board. The true believers in QAnon largely won't go away in all likelihood. But if /qresearch/ dies, then one of the main drivers of QAnon conspiracy theories for years will be gone.

If true, the woman who was shot dead in D.C. today used the QAnon phrases "the storm" and "Dark to light" in a tweet yesterday.

Which would mean she was a QAnon follower. This is a tweet from the reported Twitter account of the woman who was shot and killed by Capitol Police today. archive.vn/J3T6Z Image

The Q Shaman is among those storming the Senate chamber.

His cartoonist outfit and claims to spirituality were always a cover for his militant anti-democratic beliefs. QAnon motivated and led the charge for this dark day.

To mark the occasion of @mtgreenee entering Congress, I’m going to delineate her history with QAnon, based on two livestream videos and her own tweets.

This thread will clarify why I believe it’s fair and accurate to describe Greene as a “QAnon follower” or “QAnon believer.” This thread will also hopefully help Rep. Greene and her team understand what they can expect from me during her Congressional term.

I look forward to working with you.

More than a year after this tweet, the size of the "Q Clock" is getting ludicrous. For those asking for a more complete explanation of the "Q Clock," check out this thread.

Much to think about. MAGA Tik Tok isn't doing great.

"Let one motherfucker come in my face, and I'll be the last face he ever comes in front of, cuz I'll beat the snot out of him."

I'm at the scene at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) in Phoenix, AZ for the "Rally To Count The Votes."

The Q Shaman has the mic is talking about"worldview warfare," the Rockefellers, Q drops, and the false "sharpiegate" conspiracy theory. U.S. Representative Paul Gosar, who is one of the 18 congressmembers who voted "Nay" on the House resolution condemning QAnon, addresses the crowd to provide an update on the ballot count.

General Flynn took the "Oath of the Digital Soldier" with members of his family. This is part of a years long pattern of signaling to the QAnon community. As early as 2018, Flynn was signing books "WWG1WGA" and changing his Twitter banner to images that came from the QAnon community.

John Cardiff Gerhardt is a QAnon follower and candidate for the NV State Assembly. His campaign promise is to push for a state constitutional convention, during which he will introduce a brand new state constitution.

I thought I'd take a look at his proposed constitution. Gerhardt's proposed constitution begins on a surprisingly woke note, declaring "Women, children, financially impoverished and non-white men have not been treated with the same respect at those unmentioned!"

Further evidence that Qanon has broader appeal than commonly assumed.

It's a beautiful sunny day here in Pacific Beach, California, where people are demonstrating against the lockdown orders. Protesters are chanting "No New Normal" and "What do want? Freedom. When do we want it? Now." There it is.

I'm reporting live from Tampa, Florida where QAnon followers have gathered for the "Red Pill Road

This one has a better set up than the D.C. QAnon rally in September. A big stage, powerful PA system, music, and QAnon merch vendors. A couple of the speakers and organizers recognized me, so going undercover was out of this question this time.

They were, for the record, very friendly and cordial.

Uh oh. Trump Campaign official Jessie Jane Duff clearly states that campaign members "don't support Q and all its bizarre nonsense for ppl who need to believe something."

2019, still full of surprises, is ending with the Trump campaign denouncing QAnon. Seems like a definitive denouncement to me. This would be significant for the QAnon community if they were capable of learning things or acknowledging reality.
