Rocket Lab was awarded a $10M contract by AFRL late last year (with $1.5M obligated so far) for the Rocket Cargo program

Presumably building on the 2022 CRADA with USTRANSCOM

But don't discount the possibility that they could JV with an existing operator, especially if commercial satcom is in play.
