NEWS: Iowa Democratic Party tells campaigns it plans to release the majority of the results by 4 p.m. today Troy Price says more than 50 percent of all results will be released by 4 p.m. CST. "This is just like what would have happen on caucus night," he said. "This is not the end of results."

The Iowa caucuses begin in 30 minutes. I’m at Wright Elementary School in Des Moines where Iowans are starting to gather in their preference groups. 98 people are in this precinct and a candidate will need 15 people to be viable.
