Is the Russian Federation going to mobilise?

It reads a lot like the preparation of a mass mobilisation, but the devil is in the details. Let’s read between the lines and find out. All this looks like the introduction of harsher penalties during a mobilisation. I haven’t compared this to the old regulations, but this is in line with many regulations of democracies. If you surrender, fail to show up or refuse to fight, you’re on trouble. But something is off
