You know what is sickening? Disney knowingly and enthusiastically hiring a convicted 350 lb pedophile and registered sex offender to direct the Disney blockbuster movie called Powder.

This wasn’t long after Salva r*ped a little boy who was an actor on one of his former horror films.

I was a reporter in Hollywood at the time. And one of the monsters who stalked and harassed me for reporting on Salva, actually was arrested and spent some time in prison because of this.

I graduated high school at 17 and was full-time on Air while a full-time college student before I was 18. With my own show. But the minute that I started reporting on pedophiles, I had the Hollywood elite attacking me and credible death threats recorded by the FBI.

Finally, I left LA because the town is full of pedophiles, who hated me for exposing them but I still report on ones like Victor Salva who is still on the loose and around children constantly. Title: why I was vibrating, and the Mayo Clinic and NY Times best selling medical doctors couldn’t tell me why, but a computer told me in five seconds.

It’s really early & I have TBI I’m healing from & haven’t had a lot of sleep, but I wanted to share something with you all.

And initially, when you read it, you might think it’s a little crazy until you see this is actually pretty common and even Google, yes Google talks about It.

And there’s a reasonable explanation as to why it happens even though I went to Mayo clinic , I went to my very wise acupuncturist, and of course the medical doctors I’m lucky surround me, and none of them knew. Not a one.

In fact, one of the wisest minds, I know, told me they think it could be a sign one is near death. When I speak to them this morning, they are going to wish they had never said that. 🤣

And it’s funny, because I even said to them, I thought maybe it was because I was using the vibration plate. The Power plate. But I’ve been using that for years. (Power Plate are one of my sponsors and No. They are amazing and it wasn’t the vibration plate).

I was on the right track, but not entirely.

I told all these professionals that I had this sensation of vibrating. No jokes please lol. And they said it must be stress. But none of them could pinpoint it.

I made some changes, but nothing helped.

I started exercising twice what I already do and doing more gentle Pilates & meditation. I traveled quite a distance to downtown Jacksonville to meet with the top Pilates trainer I know who also has a background in neurology & is a doctorate of physical therapy.

No change.

I went to Jacksonville Beach and met with Mayo Clinic.

No dice.

I was still just back to square one with no answers.

So, finally, after asking some of the most experienced doctors, I know with 40 years in practice each, I just looked it up on the freaking Internet, because I got tired of nobody helping at ALL.

And how I wish I would have done that initially because the very first thing explains that it’s a vibrating phone.

Granted, most of the time I have my iPhone in airplane mode at home and we use a wireless router that we keep in a faraday cage.

But it still vibrates every half second as I just never turned that setting off when I got the new phone. And that’s every time I get a notification just on Twitter lol. And there are a lot.

This vibrating only started when I got the new phone. I was worried it was because it’s one with the magnets, but I had one before that was and it wasn’t an issue. (Just for the record anything past the iPhone 11 has magnets. although that’s really a moot point in this conversation.)

But when I got it, it was just set that way , and I didn’t think much of it and that’s a 99.9% chance what’s been causing it. I’ll put the article below.

That’s right. A phone that is on vibrate that notifies you every time you get a text, or even worse, every time you get a notification on Twitter, or other platforms, and then cause you to have this phantom sensory issue and vibrate yourself.

Top clinics , nor all the holistic medical doctors in the world, couldn’t tell me this. And I don’t want to even admit how many hours I’ve wasted the last month or so I’ve had the phone.

Instead, I just looked it up and five seconds on the Internet and it really does go to show you that computers are king.

Just imagine if I’d asked artificial intelligence.

A bunch of top experts couldn’t tell me, but a computer told me in three seconds. Of course really it’s a computer that got me in this mess and the first situation but just a heads up.

In my lifetime I have found that no longer do the brightest minds have the answers when it comes to so many anomalies like this . But computers are 1M x times smarter and can tell you with one click of a button.

I wonder if one day it will make all the doctors 100% obsolete. I predict it will for a lot of us. The FCC voted today on a plan that gives the Federal government full control over the Internet. The plan passed by a 3-2 margin. A press release posted immediately after the meeting stated, in part, “Under the new rules, the Commission can investigate possible instances of discrimination of broadband access, work with companies to solve problems, facilitate mediation, and, when necessary, penalize companies for violating the rules. The FCC will review consumer complaints of digital discrimination of access through an improved consumer complaint portal and staff will meet monthly to assess trends in complaint patterns. Finally, the Commission adopted model policies and best practices that will support states, local and Tribal governments in their efforts to combat digital discrimination.”
The decision means that the Biden Administration is well on its way to implementing the plan that FCC commissioner Brendan Carr said “…reads like a planning document drawn up in the faculty lounge of a university’s Soviet Studies Department.” Commissioner Carr sent out his letter of dissent last week to warn the public about this “unlawful power grab” that “chooses central planning over free market capitalism.”

From Del and the HW. 2/3 The plan is marketed as though it will prevent digital discrimination and a way to ensure equal access to broadband internet in the United States. While equal access is a component of liberty and freedom, this plan gives sweeping access and regulatory control over all aspects of the Internet business. According to the plan document, the FCC would have the power to regulate the following aspects as it relates to each Internet Service Provider:
“Network infrastructure deployment, network reliability, network upgrades, network maintenance, customer-premises equipment, and installation, speeds, capacities, latency, data caps, throttling, pricing, promotional rates, imposition of late fees, opportunity for equipment rental, installation time, contract renewal terms, service termination terms, and use of customer credit and account history, mandatory arbitration clauses, pricing, deposits, discounts, customer service, language options, credit checks, marketing or advertising, contract renewal, upgrades, account termination, transfers to another covered entity, and service suspension.”
The plan goes on to state that all these aspects need to be within the realm of Federal regulation because they could all affect a consumer’s ability to access broadband. The plan further states, “Consequently, we agree with Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law that adopting a flexible approach is necessary ‘to capture the long tail of intangible variables that are difficult to list exhaustively and are subject to change.’ Second, our definition provides us with the advantage of flexibility, which will “future-proof” our rules as technologies, policies, and practices change over time. For these reasons, we reject the argument that by including certain quality of service metrics in 60506(a)(2), Congress foreclosed consideration of other measurable elements of service quality in evaluating whether equal access has been achieved.”
Carr’s letter states, “President Biden’s plan sweeps entire industries within the FCC’s jurisdiction for the first time in the agency’s 90-year history. It would be one thing if the FCC cabined its intrusive new regime to ISPs or even businesses within the communications sector. It does not. The draft FCC order says that “we are not explicitly tasked with regulating entities outside the communications industry, but it then goes on to say that the FCC will do so in this case nonetheless.”
Carr further discusses the other industries the FCC could regulate under this plan. This plan would open the door to regulating landlords, construction crews, marketing agencies, banks, and even the government. Regarding Internet access, all of these industries can and would be regulated by the FCC.
Carr’s letter states all businesses in these industries can be “regulated by the FCC and liable for any act or omission that the agency determines has an impermissible impact on the consumer’s access to broadband. Congress never authorized the FCC to regulate these industries or entities.”
Governments throughout history have been known to abuse power, which was the basis of the three branches of government enshrined in the Constitution. These branches provide checks and balances. It is well-known how slow the court systems can work to check executive power. The Biden administration’s FCC is asking to have access to regulate all aspects of business for private ISPs in addition to landlords, banks, construction crews, and marketing agencies. The authors of this plan tried to leave as much leeway for any potential ‘need’ to regulate any industry now or in the future. As technology advances, they want to be sure they have regulatory control to ensure private companies are not discriminating against any group of people by not providing equal access to services.
