trump’s proprioception has significantly deteriorated. proprioception is the sense of where our body is in space without having to look. it’s regulated by many things, including the cerebellum, visual motor skills and the inner ear. trump’s proprioception’s been fucked for awhile (remember when he clutched at theresa may to go down a slight incline?) + lines up with his inability to read (visual motor skills), which are symptoms of cognitive decline, but, holy shit, he used to be able to stand upright.
