@OnlyNakedTruth Singapore. Somone i know has libed there since the 70s. He spoke of the completely negative narrative of those not in the government and how they were vitiating the atmosphere there. Rioting was commonplace. Needed someone like LKY to rule with an iron fist and crush dissent.
@OnlyNakedTruth I think the government there sued every international newspaper ornmagazine that ever wrote a poorly researched article (A la bbc). They circukated photocopies of newspapers/magazines and distributed it for free to ensure loss of revenue for the organization.
