My journey with meditation:

I HATED MEDITATING

Today I meditated for an hour

I followed @Nappyb0yy in around Jan of 2018 and I thought he was full of it,
"This guy has money already, he's got it made".. I did not relate to him because I thought he was lying, but as he shared more

I realized that he had created everything that I was seeing.

He worked hard for all of it.

It wasn't until Fall of 2018 that I realized I needed to put in the same work because i was in a bad spot
