Who is it that is talking about how well the market is doing?
It is those who have the money to invest in the market.
It is not the middle class that struggles everyday and working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet. Trump3 says the middle class is better off today than it was before. I want to know before what. My Dad was Military and we were middle class because Mom worked too, but so many families could not have a Mother working to help.
A middle class family should only have to have one working member or you are not middle class.

According to the report, 91 companies on the Fortune 500 list paid no federal taxes in 2018. The report, which analyzed the year since the tax overhaul went into effect, covered companies across a wide range of industries. These companies included Amazon, Chevron and IBM. The report found nearly 400 companies paid an average federal tax rate of about 11 percent on their profits last year. This is roughly half the official rate established under President Trump’s 2017 tax law, which lowered the U.S. corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 21 percent.
