A poorly written law designed to keep children from getting porn via schools and libraries (??) just led to Mississippi children losing access to e-books. Two anti-porn laws went into effect in Mississippi on July 1. One requires age verification to access obscene content online. Two of the most prominent Southern Baptist voices. One is constantly fighting off attempts to oust him from the convention. The other is Jerry Falwell Jr. I know to many this is just the latest hypocrisy. But please understand there are many, many young Christians who can't wait until charlatans like Falwell no longer represent us, and to free our church from the political gamesmanship that takes a baseball bat to the gospel.
