For my American friends, did you know that Canadians don't actually get to vote for our leader? 🧵
Unlike in the U.S., Canadians don’t vote directly for their Prime Minister.
He/she is selected to run as party leader through an internal vote that is closed to the public.

To be able to speak in our House of Commons/Parliament (like your Congress), they must run and win as a Member of Parliament in one of Canada's ridings.
This would be a similar position to a Member of the House of Representatives in the USA.

As a hunter who follows all tag and limit laws, nothing pisses me off more than poachers.
It's not just Haitians eating pets. It's immigrants (these ones are Indian) blatantly ignoring our hunting laws.
This should result in immediate deportation.

To expand on the penalties for this under normal circumstances, if you were caught in Ontario by the MNR doing this, you would immediately have all equipment confiscated that assisted in your poaching efforts.
Including the vehicle(s) you used to get there.
You would be arrested, fined, and charged to the full extent of the law.
If you had a PAL/RPAL, that would likely also be taken away, along with any guns in your ownership.
That's how serious the MNR take this and the power they wield.
