I continue to be staggered at the lack of care by some organisations in their treatment of disabled people. @Clarion_Group Clarion turned off my severely disabled relative’s hot water for 11 weeks advising her by letter the day after they did it. It look 4 days to restore it. The keypad on the main door to enter the building and the exit button to enable residents to leave were broken – leaving my relative unable to exit in the event of a fire or emergency
