1/ Hey Twitter. I've never asked you for anything before. Today is my dad's birthday. He was recently diagnosed with (stage IV metastasized) renal cancer. He wanted to see his grandkids while he was still healthy, so we dashed up to Alaska. I just tested positive for Covid-19. 2/ (I'm fine/aysymptomic and solo quarantining) So now my CancerDad is isolating in a hotel with my mom and worried they might have the virus. On his birthday. Likely his last one. His birthday plan was to teach his grandson to fly fish.💔

1/ Big life news! I have officially returned (after almost a decade of doing other things) to serve as CEO of @RescueTime. 2/ It's wild to come back 10 years later to a company you founded.  There are 14 great human beings working here (mostly new to me).  There are a bunch of new challenges and opportunities to explore that I'd never considered a decade ago.
