No one on the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned former Deputy AG Sally Yates about whether at any time, alarms sounded for her regarding the FBI's sham HRC server investigation, the unexamined DNC server, the tarmac meeting, the death of Seth Rich or the Steele dossier. No one challenged Yates when she said repeatedly that Flynn tried to "neuter Obama's sanctions on Russia." Yates knows this is not true. Yet, no Republican could bring themselves to challenge her.

If he's right, it will reveal just how corrupt the DC circuit really is. This will be a clarifying moment for the country right before the November election. Pray, for the sake of the nation, that his assumption is wrong. I may be dreaming but I don't accept the foregone conclusion that your aforementioned "majority" will kick the case back to Sullivan. There is no precedent for this and to do so would put the judiciary into a "Judge Dread*" extrajudicial authority.
