A funny story about London. We were looking into a UK company that held $8bn in assets for ex Kazakh President Nazarbayev's charity.
We'd read about it in an @OCCRP article, which detailed a sprawling business empire.
We wanted to know why the UK..
The company, Jusan Technologies, has one employee in the UK. It's address is 1 George Yard, that's a 4 min walk through some back-alleys to the Bank of England.

Another massive court ruling limiting journalists' ability to report.
The UK Supreme Court ruled that Bloomberg wasn't allowed to identify a US businessman under criminal investigation because of his right to privacy.
The reported reason is that until a suspect is charged, they have a right to privacy. Of course, once they are charged, you're not allowed to report on them because that might then prejudice their trial.
