Let’s say you get your 1st Real Estate Wholesale Deal and make $5,000

Here’s what I would I do to get more deals 💰🏚 First I would buy a LARGE list of properties in your area - It has to be a super targeted list for 3 cents a pop. I would buy around 10,000 properties. Theres certain ways to get this list for 3 cents a pop - Boom so thats $300 right there
