Russia is still mobilising. That doesn't suggest negotiating tactic to me.

I have zero faith in the British government having adequately planned for the day after, given what we've seen in the pandemic, Afghanistan, etc. I'm quite worried about how this could go and there's barely any UK commentary on it. We could see:

1. immediate humanitarian & refugee crisis
2. widespread internet outages*
3. global financial crash
4. energy shortages & supply chain failures
