Over the past few months i have spent hundreds hours analyzing security of crypto miner firmware and the result is disastrous!
I've tested 20 manufacturers and 10 of them have vulnerabilities allowing unauthenticated user to change the miner settings!😠 i also found Remote Command Execution with root privilege on some of them. 🙄
the majority of Manufacturers does not conduct security audit this can be a serious problem for blockchains using only one type of hardware!
