Opening arguments began this morning. Prosecution is weak, as expected (actually even more than expected). Defense is super strong. Three of the prosecutions witnesses have gone so far; /1 “one Capitol Police Officer, one Secret Service agent, and Metropolitan Police Officer Andrew Wayte. Cross examination on both USCP and USSS went in our favor, proving the unlawful use of force, law enforcement perspective, and how unprepared they were. /2

All I can say about the Crowder/Daily Wire dustup is that I have been treated like a leper by many different entities in "Big Con" because I made a movie about the real victims of January 6th, which many of them were either
1) scared to talk about, or 1/ 2) involved in making their own movie about the subject and viewed my movie as competition.

Just so everyone knows what is going on in America today, I was booked weeks ago for an interview today on the @TheListShowTV. The subject was going to be about my acting career, if I had any advice for young actors, etc. with @jkdenker. It was not to be a political interview. Ten minutes before the interview was to begin, @jkdenker's "boss," whoever that is, cancelled the interview. Apparently they looked me up and decided that since I am not a Democrat, I'm not allowed to be interviewed on their show about my acting career. 2/
