Cmte. on Education and the Workforce: Rep Foxx opened by covering the issues. @BobbyScott responded with distractions: pretending Islamophobia an equal problem on campus, and wondering why there was no hearing on Charlottesville which was anything but a national crisis. Pres. Claudine Gay @Harvard finally condemned Hamas without equivocation, but equated open bigotry vs Jews with "concerns" in the Arab & Muslim community. She's not facing the problem.

She says the speech that incites violence is unacceptable, but it's all across her campus.

If you want to understand whether the @nytimes is at all interested in honesty, or only here for the #Antisemitic bigotry, wait for the coming article, after their reporter is rightfully ratioed for his obsession & also provided with overwhelmingly positive stories to report.

The not so huge crowd at the "Jewish rally for Abortion Justice" musters a brief cheer for the "Orthodox woman rabbi." Image Speakers are trying to lead cheers, but failing. The crowd is just too small and too bored. Image

Time is terribly scared that free speech might actually be free. The truth is there are only two valid categories of platforms, now as always: 1) publishers and 2) carriers. A publisher, as the word implies, gathers and produces curated content. The publisher is responsible for everything said, and is legally liable to ensure accuracy (libel).
