Not only will I not work extra shifts or stay beyond my scheduled hours to prop up a department of non masking constantly sick people, I refuse to attend company super spreader events. My supervisors know I won’t be attending ahead of time 🧵
And in our teams group chat I shared the waste water data showing where we were in terms of case numbers. I recommended they mask to protect themselves. They chose not to. A couple of my co-workers are in their 60s & work along side people in their 20s

Two co-workers called out sick today. One of them got back from a week away in Vegas & has been off sick for two weeks. The other was out a couple of weeks ago with covid, now has pneumonia. I was asked to stay longer to help cover. My answer was no.🧵
I will not solve this for them. I’m the only consistent masker. A co-worker has started masking & says she’ll mask through the season. We’ll see🤞the rest don’t mask unless they are already sick. Company held a huge gathering a few weeks ago. This is the fallout

I’ve only been at my job for a little over a year & 1/2. I went to the job interview wearing a respirator mask. I haven’t taken it off in the building since I started working there. I have co-workers who have never seen my whole face. Ive eaten every meal outside in my car
