Ang pinakamalaking hamon ng relief operations para sa Odette ay yung logistics. For relief ops for 2020 Typhoons Quinta, Rolly, and Ulysses which affected mostly Luzon, you only need to secure trucks and travel over land to get the goods to the beneficiaries.

For Odette however, you need to fly the goods or ship they over sea to get them to their destinations. This is where the challenges begin.
