Toolbox is a moderator add-on that many subreddits use to monitor users. It lets mods:

- Create “User Notes” across subs
- Mark users as “spammers,” “trolls,” or… yes, “blocked me”
- Share these labels with other mods across unrelated subs

If a mod gets blocked and feels “insulted,” they can just tag you and share that label across every subreddit they mod or have friends in.
