Everyone learned about the 100+ Israeli hostages on Oct 7. But now the whole world is learning about the thousands of Palestinian hostages that have been held in Israel for years.

Many have not only never been convicted, many have never been to trial or even charged. Israeli rights group B’Tselem reports 1,310 Palestinians held without trial as of September, with 146 minors. Since then, Israel's use of administrative detention surged, surpassing 2,000 detainees in the assault’s first four weeks.

So.. on my way to do mutual aid tonight in Paterson, I saw a group of young Black men, almost all with black ski masks, and no older than 18, gathered on a porch enjoying themselves. I knew we’d have extra food and I figured a few would want some Jamaican dinners. Man listen… I walked over to them and introduced myself. I told them I had extra Jamaican dinners and before I could finish asking if they’d like some they was like “Jerk chicken? Oxtail? Hell yeah”

There is no oxtail. I don’t know where they got that idea from.

Black students have been leading a sit-in at Syracuse University for 6 straight days. #NotAgainSU has a list of demands for their university, including:

I fear there's a cover up goin on in Paterson, NJ.

On January 5, 2019 a 27-year-old Black man by the name of #JameekLowery, walked into Paterson Police HQ’s seeking assistance and water. He ended up BEATEN, BRUISED and DEAD. #JameekLowery walked to PPD for help and went on FB Live. You can hear the fear in his voice as he begged officers not to kill him.

He even gave the premonition that if he is dead in the next hour, the cops did it.

He arrived at the hospital unresponsive 15 mins later.

This is badass.
