I’ve got quite a few responses on this one. But frankly I re-read my tweet and I suspect different people read different things on this one, so here is when I try to be more explicit.

Thing number one: complaining is waste. Acknowledging there is debt shouldn’t be a continuous topic for conversation. Just fix it!

The whole point of being aggressive in startup mode, consciously trading some Technical Debt with faster market growth, is to be able to repay the debt reasonably later. As a customer, if I see that fixing a trivial bug takes months or years, I have already decided to dump you. Adding one more feature on top of another one, which isn't precisely good yet, sends the message: "You'll live with this crap a lot longer than you wish." Days become months, years, and decades too.

Solo un reminder non esattamente friendly a @timbusiness e @TIM_Official che vi ho già ufficialmente diffidato dal contattarmi ancora eppure ANCHE OGGI mi avete telefonato. Ora non so quale mente geniale abbia ideato questa campagna marketing che prevede di telefonare alla stessa persona finché non si arrende. Spoiler: non mi arrenderò.
