3. Mandatory Signs (BLUE SIGN)
This sign indicates actions that must be carried out in order to comply with statutory requirements. On construction sites, you are required to wear a safety helmet before getting in. It consists of a blue background with a white outlined pictogram.
4. Safe Conditions Signs (GREEN SIGN):
This indicates escape routes, emergency exits and muster points. It shows that the area is safe. This sign is represented as a green rectangular background with a white pictogram and text.
So, when next you see a colour sign, you are now likely to know what it stands for and what is action you should take. Information is key. This could be the little difference between life and death.
