A little closer now - @PortlandPolice has its Mobile Command Center here and we can see shattered glass at a @trimet bus stop. From what we can gather, family is still trickling in, also hoping to learn more about this shooting #KOIN6News

One man here tells me the shooting happened at his dad’s place and that his nephew was killed. Emotions now are running very high as more people who appear to know the victims show up #KOIN6News

At this construction site nearby, two workers say a man in his 20s came running out of a home who had been shot, asking them for help. They didn’t go in to more detail past that #KOIN6News

UPDATE: A man here says his niece is the shooter. According to him, she came to his father’s home and shot her brother, aunt and grandma (everyone is related). The brother, his nephew, is dead #KOIN6News

It’s worth noting police haven’t confirmed anything other than “multiple victims” and no arrest. We’ve been told the Public Information Officer with @PortlandPolice will not be responding to brief media here #KOIN6News
