A look at opposing rallies in Shelton this afternoon. On one side, a “Back the Blue” crowd. On the other, Black Lives Matter. Plenty of police, open carry and chanting going on. NEW: The arrest warrant affidavit, as well as the search warrant for Michael Reinoehl has been unsealed. He was to be charged with Second Degree Murder and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Documents also go over timeline of Aug. 29th shooting in Portland #KOMONews Surveillance footage shows Reinoehl, in the white shirt, walking ahead of Danielson and then inside a parking garage. Detectives say the shooting happened shortly after this but wasn't caught on this camera #KOMONews

HAPPENING NOW: @carmenbest speaks about early morning shooting inside #CHOP, says a vehicle is involved and “riddled with bullets” and that a teen remains in critical condition. This group of maybe two dozen people is beginning a march from #CHOP to @SeattlePD West Precinct. The woman leading this is rallying to get others to join in as they get closer to Broadway along E Pine #KOMONews Those in this march stopped at Pine/Boren for a few minutes. A few drivers are getting upset, others trying to turn around like that white Dodge near the beginning of this clip. Now heading north on Boren #KOMONews

Quite the scene playing out now on E Pine between 12th and 13th where a man (who I’m told was kicked out of #CHOP) is now on the roof of a building after breaking in to a nearby apt. @SeattlePD is here. People are on that roof trying to talk that man down #KOMONews One officer wants to go in. Another is saying “no.” A neighbor says he’ll escort the officers in. “We know there are armed people in there,” says the officer hesitant to enter. A #CHOP leader is asking people inside the zone to move back right now #KOMONews

It’s by far the quietest I’ve seen #CHOP on a weekday amid conflicting reports that this protest is over. I just spoke with one of the “leaders” who says he and others, like that barricade reads, won’t leave “until their demands are met.” We’ll have more at 5 #KOMONews Meeting for a “People’s Assembly,” there still seems to be some division among those who remain at #CHOP. One “leader” says the group “must unite as one” and that they’re now pushing for “legislative laws,” will continue to occupy East Precinct #KOMONews
