has doubled down with the same defective arguments.
In a new court filing in United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (Case 1:18-cv-12572-NMG), Burke's lawyers used the same defective arguments to argue the lawsuit against him should not proceed.
The federal court case sets forth the history whereby Dennis K. Burke, Marco A. Lopez Jr., and others, now work as connectors between persons associated with former Mexican President Carlos Salinas de Gortari, and the U.S. Democratic Party.
Burke and Lopez Jr.'s present day ongoing relationship with the Salinas parties of Mexico is particularly relevant as Burke famously was forced to resign as the United States Attorney for Arizona in August 2011 during the Obama era gun-running scandal known as "Fast and Furious"

The current federal court litigation sets forth how during this time, I observed Lopez Jr. and others speaking with Emiliano Salinas regarding the ability to "expedite visas" by using their contacts within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

in a "scheme to circumvent the immigration laws."
In the same filing by #NXIVM prosecutors, the government disclosed that Dennis Burke's partner, John Sandweg, tried to use his title as former General Counsel of DHS and Dir. of ICE, to help "Vanguard" Keith Raniere's interests
The relationships and actions cited above arise from disgraced prosecutor Dennis K. Burke and Marco A. Lopez Jr.'s relationship with Emiliano Salinas, son of former Mexican President, Carlos Salinas de Gortari, who ran #NXIVM Mexico (ESP) with Keith Raniere "the Vanguard"
Emiliano's father, Carlos Salinas de Gortari, is perhaps the most controversial former President of Mexico in recent history. He was the architect of NAFTA, he is believed to have been the "puppet master" behind several Mexican Presidents including corrupt Enrique Peña Nieto.

To give readers a small idea how disturbing this is, consider what more than 100 million Mexican citizens believe: Carlos Salinas de Gortari is known as a murderous, corrupt former President. His brother Raul was accused of murdering Claudia Salinas's (pictured above) father.
The Salinas name itself invokes a repugnant image of corruption for more than 100 million Mexican citizens who have waited years to see justice in numerous cases: The murder of Luis Donaldo Colosio, Ruiz Massieu, many other scandals including Enrique Peña Nieto and Chapo Guzman.

Marco was one of my best friends in Arizona for many years. This picture makes me very, very sad, for so many reasons.

The Salinas and Mexico PRI forces want to use Marco as a front man to run a campaign for Governor of Arizona, the most important border state.

Three days ago I published the following thread announcing that Burke had been caught lying by 21 Plaintiffs in a litigation matter in an Arizona Court.
My followers know I had already sued Burke and the #ArizonaMafia in federal court in Massachusetts citing his ongoing retaliatory campaign against me.
Today, Burke's lawyers doubled-down in the Massachusetts litigation, citing the same Arizona case where Burke was caught lying, trying to manufacture a fraud.
This is a really dumb move. I guess they don't believe that Burke has been caught lying.
They are in for a surprise.
