Mullan was previously serving time in Ireland for producing child porn. Once that sentence was over, he was extradited back to the US.
Even more disturbing, though I do not know if Mullan abused him too, was that Mullan adopted a boy, who became a jockey.

It appears that these latest charges are for one victim, but the US Attorney said that Mullan victimized children (plural) in the US and in foreign countries for decades by sexually abusing them and recording them and several videos contained teen boys going back to the 80’s.
The Irish Times previously reported that Mullan had dual US & Irish citizenship and spent considerable time in the Middle East and Europe.

Looks like he was planning on taking off to Dubai once Ireland released him. He even had a car with driver waiting for him outside of prison and two different flights booked.
There was also evidence that unnamed sources transferred large sums of money into Mullen’s bank account during the 3 years before his arrest. Can you say #HushMoney?
He also has links to Prince Turki Bin Abdullah, who was arrested by Saudi Prince Bin Salman in Nov 2017.
Nov 2017 was when MBS had a bunch of Saudis mass detained on suspicions of corruption.

This is not proof of anything regarding Mullan, but one of Prince Turki’s financial advisors was Tarek Obaid, and both of them link back to #1MDB and #Khashoggi. Just very interesting how all these people link together.
