A van full of officers in riot gear just arrived at Naito. The streets emptied but protesters quickly made their way back out #KOIN6News

Another far-right protester moved out of the crowd towards that line of officers. Haven’t seen any fists swing or weapons in general. Some sort of message being hailed by @PortlandPolice over their PA now, can’t make it out #KOIN6News

Police saying “there no permits to march” and if “you don’t leave, you will be subject to arrest.” That said, there really aren’t too many people in Naito #KOIN6News

UPDATE: At least one person just taken down by police. Loudspeaker warning anyone interfering will also be arrested and that “riot control agents and impact weapons” #KOIN6News

We’re on the move. Officers have abandoned the barriers and this crowd, mostly anti-fascist protesters, moves south. They’ve basically taken over where far-rights groups were (they’ve since marched across the Hawthorne Bridge which was supposed to be closed) #KOIN6News

Police now on the move, too #KOIN6News

Two people just with what appeared to be pepper spray. Hard to say, but it may have been “friendly fire,” for lack of a better term. This was close to the Hawthorne Bridge #KOIN6News

Black bloc heading north now, some people sticking around near Salmon Street Springs. Energy, momentum feeling a little different at the moment #KOIN6News

Very small contingent of right wingers at Naito and Taylor and I think we saw the return of the milkshake - something that looked a lot like one just thrown their way #KOIN6News

And they’re essentially being forced out #KOIN6News

UPDATE: I’ve been mayo’d #KOIN6News
