1) As you'll see in a moment, there really has been a tremendous shift in the shape of the land for the #PardonFlynnNow movement. It comes in the form of an announcement @SidneyPowell1 makes in her thread below.

@SidneyPowell1 2) Here's the key sentence: "Judge Sullivan entered an order yesterday that authorizes General Flynn's travel within the United States in compliance with standard requirements, and we are continuing to fundraise for mikeflynndefensefund.org."

@SidneyPowell1 3) Non-attorney that I am, I do not know the specific meaning of "in compliance with standard requirements," but I have to imagine he's no longer restricted to the 50 mile circles he was under previously in Alexandria, VA and his home in Rhode Island.

@SidneyPowell1 4) To my eye, that was always ridiculous. In allowing this stringent travel restriction, Judge Sullivan lowered himself in my eyes. In lifting it, he does not restore my trust. But that it is a shift in the situation cannot be questioned. Hallelujah.

@SidneyPowell1 5) There is much yet to be discovered. While an egregious infringement on @GenFlynn's rights, it was never as heinous as the gag order required for his plea deal. It has been my hypothesis all along that the gag order is the real goal of the left's key actors here.

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn 6) To my knowledge, @SidneyPowell1 has NOT yet spoken in public to the question of the gag order, and I'm not trying to push her to do so. I patiently wait for such data. I will speculate. She has a plan. She's attained travel freedom. The gag will soon be removed.

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn 7) I will speculate about Judge Sullivan as well. In giving the release from the travel restrictions, I suspect he telegraphs his leaning against this entire case of hellacious prosecutorial overreach and, in my own terms, illegal prosecution. I'm sure he won't use those terms.

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn 8) I further guess that the main impediment for him is now, and has always been Gen Flynn's guilty plea. That is the essential pivot point. It is painful to imagine Gen Flynn lying about having lied, when he did not lie, originally. We know the FARA case is a pure fiasco.

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn 9) Enough speculation. Let's go back to the situation shift. Travel restriction suspended, when will the gag order be lifted? Don't know, but it might go fast. And if it does, I'll be ready at that point to suspend my request that @POTUS #PardonFlynnNow.

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn @POTUS 10) And I hope everyone is clear, I'll be THRILLED to do so! It may be that a verdict will follow, a negative verdict, and if so, then I'll instantly recommence without a blink. But, for now, the key issue is the gag order. When can we hear @GenFlynn speak?

@SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn @POTUS 11) If he can speak, we can attempt to discern his own vision. Yet, if I know him at all, he won't guide us directly. His concern is always for a mission greater than himself. So, we'll have to figure out what to do to support him all on our own, is my suspicion.
