male. The Respondent used the EEG and GSR to record their brainwaves and physiological responses to watching the clips. He also used a video camcorder to record their facial expressions" ...

Anyways, the "human fright experiment" doctor, "Dr. Porter", has lost his license. He was literally torturing women who were connected to medical devices to record their brain waves as they were practically scared to death. And the question remains...why?

By the way, the above excerpt from the NYSDH cites 40 victims, however it was only one paragraph of many events included in the report. The full report covers the impact Dr. Porter had on many more victims ...

it's difficult to understand why any legitimate medical doctor would have conducted these "experiments".
