This is only a small excerpt from the New York State Department of Health report.
"Between 2016 through August of 2017, as part of NXIVM’s Ethicist program, the Respondent performed human subject research on approximately 40 human subjects ... by showing them ... disturbing
or graphically violent scenes from commercials, short films and movie clips (video clips study). These clips included a video depicting the actual murders and dismemberment of five women and movie scenes showing a gang rape and a racially motivated murder of an African American
male. The Respondent used the EEG and GSR to record their brainwaves and physiological responses to watching the clips. He also used a video camcorder to record their facial expressions" ...
"Dr. Porter" performed the "human fright experiments" for Clare Bronfman's ...
"Ethical Science Institute", or ESI. Guess who was/is ESI (and Clare Bronfman's) lawyer?
None other than the Obama-era #FastNFurious disgraced former prosecutor, #ArizonaMafia #2, Dennis K. Burke.
The University of Arizona must be proud!
Anyways, the "human fright experiment" doctor, "Dr. Porter", has lost his license. He was literally torturing women who were connected to medical devices to record their brain waves as they were practically scared to death. And the question remains...why?

By the way, the above excerpt from the NYSDH cites 40 victims, however it was only one paragraph of many events included in the report. The full report covers the impact Dr. Porter had on many more victims ...
it's difficult to understand why any legitimate medical doctor would have conducted these "experiments".
