"How do we get folks to go from #NeverTrump to #MAGA, boss?"
"Hmm. Maybe get a guest on that says Trump is responsible for millions more deaths than the most brutal socialist and communist leaders in history."
"You don't think that makes us look crazy?"
"Let's find out!"
What @AllenFrancesMD and @brianstelter are doing here is an absolute slap in the face to actual victims of Nazism and communism. There are actual records, pictures of the piles of shoes and rings from the dead bodies of those victims. This is mockery.
These are the actual victims of Nazism and communism. This is what these absolute hacks are saying the President of the United States is worse than. Look at these victims. Look at them and remember what you see. Look hard and tell me the President even compares to this.
When @CNN airs commentators saying the President of the United States has killed millions more than Hitler, Stalin, and Mao, they erase the abhorrent reality of the Holocaust, of Nazism, and of communism. Don't like these disturbing images? Tough. Don't look away.
Those above, by the way, were only the victims of Nazism. Let's do communism under Stalin, shall we?
More of the millions of victims killed by the communist regime of Josef Stalin. Of course, millions of those millions simply "vanished" into thin air, starved, worked to death, executed, and thrown into unmarked graves somewhere no one will find them for centuries.
And Mao's brutal communist regime was arguably worse. Millions simply starved to death because of their government's brutality. It's far less remembered in Western literature and discourse, largely because that same government's crackdown on anyone daring speak out about it.
But yes, @CNN, make the argument that the President of the United States is responsible for millions more deaths than all these. You've gone from hacks to sheer lunatic fringe propagandists.
So, after seeing just what @brianstelter and his guest @AllenFrancesMD claimed the President was millions of dead bodies worse than on live @CNN television, I think we can answer that original question: Does it make them look crazy?
Well yes, "crazy" is a mild way of putting it.
