Now to the other charges. Jury finds Sharif GUILTY for the attempted murders of the four pedestrians that were struck with the uhaul van. So far found guilty on five counts of attempted murder & aggravated assault. #yeg #sharif

Sharif now found guilty of dangerous driving. #yeg #sharif

Jury also finds Sharif guilty on four counts of criminal flight causing bodily harm. To sum it up, Sharif has been found guilty on all 11 charges- including five counts of attempted murder. #yeg #sharif

The jury’s decision was unanimous.

One member of the jury is getting emotional. Wiping away tears.

Judge asks Sharif if he will cooperate in a pre-sentence report. Sharif says no. Report would speak to the circumstances of the offender & give background. #yeg

Sharif will be sentenced Thursday December 12th.
