The world’s most expensive #Thanksgiving dinner is being served at New York’s Old Homestead Steakhouse for $181,000

I went to try it, a thread and an invitation to AMA 😂

First off, the most noticeable thing is the gold-painted, gold-dusted, and gold-flaked $145-per-pound, free-range turkey.

The dinner comes with two of them ($7,800) seasoned in special imported and exotic Middle East spices ($4,000)

Then there is the stuffing, which starts with imported bread from the UK that uses champagne instead of water ($125 per loaf)

It’s then mixed with $600/oz saffron, Alaskan king crab and Maine lobster, Otoro tuna, and topped with golden caviar from the Caspian Sea ($1,800/oz)

The gravy, made from the renderings of the aforementioned gold turkey, is infused with a $3,650 bottle of Louis XIII cognac

If that wasn't #TuesdayMotivation enough to boost your #Thanksgiving sides, there's also squash topped with spices imported from India (as much as $65/oz), caramelized Egyptian onions ($25 per onion) and chunks of beef bacon from $480/lb imported Japanese Prize Wagyu

Aside from the edible amenities, the $181,000 Thanksgiving dinner also gets its price tag from:

- $50,000 7-day SeaDream Yacht Club Cruise for 2
- 4 tickets to Super Bowl LIV with first-class airfare
- $20,000 shopping spree

I have a lot of #TuesdayThoughts about that
