This discussion needs to happen. It needs to be meaningful. We've seen a lot of endorsements and frankly, a lot of them bother me because they have no content. "I support X and you should too!" isn't an appeal to values. We need to do better than that. #olpldr #onpoli 3/8
Be wary of candidates making you promises, especially about who they'll nominate. Those promises aren't about making our party better. They're about support from people who want to be nominated. And those empty endorsements may well be tied to that. #olpldr #onpoli 4/8
