1)Muslims r excluded fm CAA.
This Bill is not about EXCLUSION but this is about including those Hindus, Christians, Sikhs Buddhists who are in minority in PAK,Bangladesh,Afghanistan

Since these countries r Islamic Nations &Muslims r in majority you don't require to include Muslims in this particular bill
2)Many Muslims have taken shelter in this nation by way of asylum.

3)I don't understand what is this to do with Dalits, transgenders.
Anyone who is living in this country for yrs obviously will hv some kind of documentation which is paramount importance to any country

Even a Hindu I repeat HINDU will have to show his papers or rather any citizen must have valid documents.

4) Cut off date 1971 was for Assam specifically beoz that date was mentioned in Assam Accord by Congress Party which BJP implemented.
This does not apply for other places.
Assam NRC was monitored by Supreme Court.
There were certain issues faced during Assam NRC

5) According to this rubbish Which you are circulating it says Hindus will be granted Citizenship

Without documents and Muslims will be excluded.
As an literate person show us one evidence or Govt statement to that effect.

6) Any Indian HINDU without documents will face the same procedures as an Indian MUSLIM without documents.
7)Coming to refugees we are a sovereign nation who has to protect its borders. Every Country has immigration laws& rules Which has to be followed

If you want to come and work in India there has to be certain procedures and documentation like work permits.
