Lagos state has one of the most inclusive cabinets in the country. We believe not in tokenism but in the fact that women are great leaders.

With the @LSETF launch of the W-Initiative, there is more access to capital for female entrepreneurs and creators.
We are proud of our domestic laws which promote the rights of women. Our laws are some of the most sophisticated in Nigeria and we will continue to improve them.
We have a collective responsibility to imbibe values such as love, equity, partnerships, continuous learning, unlearning and re-learning because an equal world is an enabled world.
The question we should all ask ourselves is "What am I doing to achieve gender equality?"
